SOLOMON had
a vineyard
in BAAL HAMON;
Go to footnote numberhe placed his vineyard in the hands of caretakers.
Each was to bring for its fruit
a thousand pieces of silver.
Paraphrase
The PEACEFUL one experienced prosperity; He was the POSSESSOR OF ABUNDANCE;
he entrusted his wealth to managers [in order to multiply his wealth].
Each was to bring him, for the privilege of producing abundant produce,
a large amount of wealth.
