But you have a few people in Sardis
who have not soiled their garments.
Consequently, they will
walk with me,
clothed in white,
because they are worthy of it.

But you have a few people facing the temptation to complacency who have not done evil deeds so as to hinder their reputation. Consequently, they will have a close friendship with me and have a reputation of being pure, because they are worthy of it.
