Translation

I will call to mind the works of YHVH (read Adonai); surely, it is my earnest purpose to call to mind

Paraphrase

I will focus on the things that THE ETERNAL AND PERSONAL GOD has done. Yes, I will purposely focus on you’re the wonders you have performed from ancient times [until the present].

“Called to mind” is used twice in this verse; once it is the simple form which means “to remember, or call to mind,” but the second time it uses a different form which indicates greater purpose, i.e. “it is my intent or purpose to call to mind.”
