Luke1:64

Translation

And immediately his mouth was opened, and his tongue [also], and he spoke,

Paraphrase

Immediately his mouth was opened and his tongue was freed, and he spoke, praising THE CREATOR AND OWNER OF ALL THINGS.

In an interesting twist from what we would have expected, Zachariah was not freed from his inability to speak when the baby was born, but when he had fulfilled every detail of what God had commanded, the last one being the naming of the child according to the angel’s instructions.
