John16:24

Translation

Until now you have not asked in prayer for anything in my name. Ask in prayer and you will receive,

Paraphrase

Up till now you have not truly learned what it means to ask in prayer according to my expressed will and purpose. Pray that way and the answer will be yes, and because of that your joy will overflow.
