WHY ARE THEY JUDGED IF GOD SENT THEM A POWERFUL DELUSION?
Two things must be remembered: 1) that God was seen by the Jews as being behind all things, either directly or indirectly. To a Jew, it made little difference if God sent the deception directly, or if He simply allowed it to be sent. 2) these are people who have rejected the truth and have loved unrighteousness. Indeed they will deserve punishment.
