Do not let your spirit
be quick to become angry,
for anger rests deep inside

Anger starts deep inside you, therefore, control the deep part of you that is hidden from others and you will not be quick to become angry in a way that others can see; keep that part of you under control because you don’t want to look like a fool; expressions of anger are common characteristics of fools; they are part and parcel of who they are.
