Troublesome Topic: SIMPLICITY

~ The One who knows what is best for me, tells me to keep it simple.

~ It’s not about me or what I want.

~ He wants us to cease from the tyrannical urge to provide for ourselves and accept His provision

Simplicity requires:

~ Discerning what is “big stuff” Mt 6:33

~ Relinquishing the non-essentials Mt 10:39

~ Trusting for God’s provision Mt 6:25-27.

We can choose man’s focus on self, or God’s principle of simplicity and rest.

Self is never satisfied; rest brings joy and peace.
