Then ELOHIM blessed them saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas; and multiply, oh birds, upon the earth.”

Then THE CREATOR AND OWNER OF ALL THINGS enabled them to fulfill His plan for them expressed in this way: “Be fruitful and multiply, and inhabit many parts of the seas; and multiply, oh birds, and spread all over the earth.”
